MBA Concentration in Strategic Leadership
Beyond managing others, strategic leadership encompasses all of the skills and capacities needed to influence others, manage change, set strategic direction, build teams and support networks, and navigate the complex analytical and human dimensions inherent in any leadership role.
MBA concentrations require 3 courses (9 credits) in a specific field. Suggested course sequence:
BUAD 873 – Advanced Topics in Leadership and Teams (required)

In addition to the 9 prescribed credits of the concentration, you will choose an additional 6 credits of electives.
