Amy Krzyzanowski joined the CEEE in 2023 after fourteen years in the classroom, the final five years specializing in all levels of high school economics at the Delaware Military Academy. Beyond her classroom role, Amy developed and presented teacher workshops for the CEEE along with other organizations such as the Foundation for Teaching Economics, Econiful and the National Council for Economics Education.
She holds a BA in economics from the University of Delaware and an MA in secondary education from Wilmington University. Most recently, she returned to the University of Delaware to earn her MA in economics and entrepreneurship for educators with the class of 2021 cohort. Amy was named Appoquinimink High School’s Teacher of the Year in 2019 and received the John Morton Excellence in Teaching Economics Award in 2022. As a longtime fan of the CEEE, Amy is thrilled to be part of the team.
