Biography

Biography

Archana Mannem is an assistant professor of marketing at the Alfred Lerner College of Business, University of Delaware. She received her Ph.D. in marketing with a focus on consumer behavior at Wayne State University. At the University of Delaware, Archana teaches undergraduate digital marketing and marketing strategy courses. Her classes are interactive, utilizing case studies, group discussions, simulation games and live polls.

Archana’s primary research interests include examining responsible consumption practices. She studies how manufacturers and consumers may be encouraged to make conscious product choices that positively impact the environment and society. Archana is also interested in studying how support for nonprofit organizations and local businesses may be maximized. Her research has been published in the Journal of Business Research.
