Biography

Biography

Archana Mannem earned her Ph.D. in marketing, specializing in consumer behavior, from Wayne State University. Her teaching style is highly interactive, incorporating case studies, group discussions, simulation games and live polls. In some courses, Archana’s students also engage in solving real-world challenges for industry partners.

Archana’s primary research focuses on responsible consumption practices. She investigates how both manufacturers and consumers can be motivated to make conscious product choices that benefit the environment and society. Additionally, Archana is keen on exploring ways to enhance support for nonprofit organizations and local businesses.
