Biography

Biography

Brandon White serves as program coordinator for the Lerner Co-Op Program within Lerner Career Services at the University of Delaware’s Alfred Lerner College of Business and Economics. In this role, he supports experiential learning opportunities that connect Lerner students with employers through co-op, internship and early career talent pipelines. He also serves as an adjunct instructor in Lerner, teaching courses in business economics, entrepreneurship, professional development and career readiness.

White brings more than a decade of experience in human resources, management, leadership and staffing to his work in higher education. In Lerner Career Services, he works closely with students, faculty, staff and employer partners to support student preparation, employer engagement and career-connected learning experiences. His teaching emphasizes practical application, professional communication, workplace readiness and the connection between academic learning and career outcomes.

White earned an MBA from Salem University and a bachelor of science in sport management from West Virginia University. He also holds a Google Professional AI Certificate, reflecting his interest in emerging technologies and their application to career education, business and student success. His work at Lerner brings together experience in higher education, career services, business instruction, talent development and student-centered programming.
