Dianne Leipold is retired from a 37 year career in the specialty chemicals industry, with particular focus on the food ingredients and personal care ingredients markets. During her career, Dianne worked for Ashland Incorporated, Hercules Incorporated, JM Huber and CP Kelco and held progressively more responsible jobs in technology, sales, marketing, product management, business development, and business management. Dianne earned a Bachelor’s Degree in English and Biology from the University of Delaware and earned an MBA in 1997 in the University of Delaware’s executive MBA program. In 2004, she was named as one of the “Fabulous Fifty” – alumni from the University’s Lerner School of Business & Economics who exemplify the program’s ideals. In 2012, she was recognized with Lerner’s Alumni Award of Excellence. Since retiring, Dianne has been an adjunct professor at UD teaching both Organizational Behavior and Strategic Management.
