The University of Delaware has been Jim Kaden’s home for over thirty years. He was hired in 1995 to work in the athletics department as supervisor of events, which included handling all football operations for Coach Tubby Raymond and overseeing championships held at the university. He was the associate AD, director of the ice arena and outdoor pool since 1997 and has over 30 years experience in college athletics. Jim has taught as an adjunct professor at the university since 2008, having taught the following classes: SPTM 210 Introduction to Sport Management, SPTM 311 Practicum of Sports Management, SPTM 314 Financial Aspects of Sport Management, SPTM 315 Legal Aspects of Sports Management and SPTM 418 Sport Event and Facility Management.
