Biography Biography
John D’Arcy is a professor of management information systems (MIS) in the Department of Accounting & MIS at the University of Delaware. He holds a Ph.D. in business administration from Temple University with a specialization in MIS. John teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in cybersecurity and IT risk management. His research focuses on cybersecurity management, including behavioral factors and firm-level causes and consequences of IT security failures, such as data breaches. John’s research has been published in such top academic journals as MIS Quarterly, Information Systems Research, Journal of Management Information Systems and the Journal of the Association for Information Systems. He currently serves as senior editor at MIS Quarterly.
