Biography

Kevin Collaço is a dynamic leader with over two decades of experience driving operational excellence and innovation across the technology, healthcare, aviation, transportation, logistics and military sectors. As a regional manager, corporate sales trainer and project leader, he has spearheaded initiatives that delivered measurable results, including streamlining processes to reduce costs and boosting sales performance through technology-driven solutions. Recognized for his expertise in strategic leadership, sales excellence and cross-functional collaboration, Kevin empowers organizations to achieve sustainable growth in high-stakes environments.

A U.S. Army veteran, Kevin served as a UH-60 Black Hawk maintenance test pilot, UH-1H aviator and safety officer. As one of the first responders to the September 11, 2001, attacks, he provided critical support at Ground Zero for nearly four months. His service continued with the Department of Defense, where he contributed to mission-critical operations.

As an adjunct professor at the University of Delaware, Kevin integrates his global business acumen and passion for emerging technologies, particularly artificial intelligence, into his teaching. He actively explores AI platforms like Google Gemini, IBM Granite and GROK to understand their transformative potential for business operations, decision-making and global markets. His award-winning academic journey includes dual master’s degrees from the University of Delaware, an MBA in strategic leadership and an MS in international business, where he earned the MSIB Distinguished Achievement Award.
