Kristen Scott, M.P.H., is the founder and CEO of Project Solved, a business operations consulting firm serving small and mid-size businesses, nonprofits and government agencies. With more than 15 years of operations experience, Scott has built expertise across organizational change, strategic planning, leadership development, culture and team dynamics. She founded Project Solved in 2022 and has since grown it into a multi-contract firm that has served more than 700 individuals, teams and leaders across sectors.

Scott’s consulting practice centers on helping organizations move from strategy to execution by streamlining operations, designing change management initiatives, facilitating strategic planning engagements, leadership/team retreats and developing leaders at all levels. She uses a proprietary methodology, the A.D.D.S.© Framework (assess, decide, do, sustain), to guide clients through complex transitions with a focus on people, culture and sustainable implementation. She is certified as a Prosci® change practitioner as well as being a Wiley DiSC® and Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team® authorized partner. Prior to founding Project Solved, she held operations and program management roles at Christiana Care Health System and Westside Family Healthcare, where she led large-scale initiatives, managed cross-functional teams and developed workforce programs.

As a small business owner and entrepreneur, Scott brings firsthand experience building two ventures from the ground up. In addition to Project Solved, she is the founder of AuraMap, a subscription-as-a-service team health platform that gives leaders real-time visibility into how their teams are performing with the goal of shifting organizations from reactive crisis management to proactive people leadership.

Scott is a graduate of the Leadership Delaware Fellowship, Class of 2025, a competitive year-long program recognized as an MBA in Delaware, and a recipient of the WE Hatch Honor Circle at the University of Delaware in 2024.
