Biography

Biography

Lea has been with the University of Delaware for twenty years. Prior to her time at UD, she was the pastry chef at Greenville Country Club, Greenville, DE and Davio’s Restaurant in Philadelphia.

After her years in the kitchen, Lea moved to the front of the house as the dining manager at Wilmington Country Club, responsible for all the a la carte dining areas, golf course/pool cafe food operations and beverage/wine operations.

Lea first joined the University of Delaware as associate catering direct with Aramark, then moved on to the department of conference services. She is currently assistant director, responsible for Audion (STAR Tower) operations and commencement/convocation planning.
