Biography

Biography

Dr. Lu studies how to facilitate people working together in both small or large groups, and the role of AI in these interactions. Her work has been published in journals such as MIS Quarterly, Personality and Social Psychology Review, Journal of Organizational Behavior and Small Group Research. Dr. Lu was on faculty at West Chester University before joining the University of Delaware.
