Biography

Biography

Maria Rosales-Rueda is an assistant professor in the department of economics at the Alfred Lerner College of Business and Economics, University of Delaware. She is an applied microeconomist with research interests spanning labor, health and economic development. Her research investigates how social policies, family investments and early-life shocks shape human capital formation and well-being within and across generations. Prior to joining the University of Delaware, she was an assistant professor at UC Irvine and Rutgers-Newark. She received her Ph.D. and M.P.P. from the University of Chicago and an undergraduate degree from Universidad de los Andes-Colombia.
