Nicholas Waller, CPCE, is a hospitality professional with over 35 years of experience in fine establishments throughout the world. He was classically trained at the venerable Savoy Hotel in London, after which he spent time working for Rosewood Hotels and the Freeman Group, where he conducted training seminars and created standards of performance for top-quality properties both domestically and internationally. Nick spent nine years as director of restaurants at Hotel du Pont in Wilmington, after which he joined Harry’s Savoy Grill as general manager to open the Ballroom and launch Harry’s into the private dining world. He has been an adjunct professor at Widener University and served as president of the Philadelphia chapter of the National Association of Catering and Events and on its National Education Committee.
