Tomé Salgueiro is an Assistant Professor of Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the Alfred Lerner School of Business & Economics. He has a background in environmental and renewable energy engineering (B.Sc.Eng. & M.Sc.Eng.), a master’s in international management (Nova SBE & EM Strasbourg Business School), and a Ph.D. in management from Nova School of Business and Economics. Tomé worked as a social impact consultant and researcher for the Leadership for Impact Knowledge Center and launched Nova SBE’s Leadership Observatory. He was a teaching assistant for the master in management and master in impact entrepreneurship & innovation degrees and was involved in the development of the school’s social enterprise ecosystem. His areas of research interest include hybrid organizations, institutional logics, decision-making and organizational (un)learning.
