STEM-Designated Degree
The M.S. in hospitality and sport business analytics is a STEM-designated degree program and provides international students 24 months of OPT (Optional Practical Training) in addition to the original 12 months.

- Developing proficiency in data specific to hospitality and sport industries.
- Investigating and solving key business challenges using statistical methodologies.
- Applying fundamental principles of revenue management towards achieving firm outcomes of optimized capacity and revenue maximization.
- Performing feasibility analyses for investment decisions.

State-of-the-Art Facilities
The Department of Hospitality and Sport Business Management has two living research labs on campus: the Courtyard Newark at the University of Delaware and Vita Nova, a gourmet student-operated/managed restaurant.
