2026 Lerner College Faculty Promotions Announced

The University of Delaware Board of Trustees approved the promotions of 88 faculty members at its semiannual meeting on May 11, including eight promotions for Lerner College faculty.

Lifelong Lerner: Natalie Radebaugh

A native of Freeland, Md., Radebaugh graduated from Lerner College as a finance and financial planning & wealth management major and a trust management minor.

Lifelong Lerner: Suki-Anna Paul

A native of Brooklyn, N.Y., Suki-Anna Paul graduated from the University of Delaware’s Alfred Lerner College of Business and Economics as a double major in international business and marketing.

Lifelong Lerner: Snehal Satish Kalke

A native of Mumbai, India, Kalke graduated from Lerner College with a master’s degree in business analytics and information management.

Lifelong Lerner: Miriam Washington

A native of Wilmington, Del., Washington graduated from Lerner College with a major in economics and minors in Arabic and international business.

Lifelong Lerner: Emma Morandi

A native of Long Island, N.Y., Morandi graduated from Alfred Lerner with a degree in hospitality and event management with a concentration in event management.
