Join the University of Delaware’s hospitality business management students this fall to experience fresh gourmet cuisine in the student-operated and managed restaurant, Vita Nova. Located on the second floor of the Trabant University Center, Vita Nova will open for lunch starting Tuesday, September 3 and for dinner starting Wednesday, September 4. Vita Nova will be open through Thursday, December 5.

Vita Nova is the perfect location for on-campus entertaining such as lunch meetings, dining and year-round for special events. The restaurant offers a three-course gourmet lunch Monday through Friday starting at 11:30 a.m. Casual dining is available in the Bistro Room Wednesday through Friday starting at 5:30 p.m.  A four-course dinner is offered in the elegant dining room Wednesday through Friday starting at 5:30 p.m. Reservations are recommended for both lunch and dinner at Vita Nova as tables fill in advance.
