Moving from college to a career can bring plenty of uncertainty, from choosing a major to landing that first job.

In a recent Delaware Business Times article, Jenifer Laird, associate director of undergraduate recruitment at the University of Delaware’s Alfred Lerner College of Business and Economics, and Jill Gugino Pante, chief of staff and director of Lerner Career Services, share their perspectives on navigating the transition from college to career.
