The Executive Mentoring Program pairs executives with 10+ years of progressive experience with a student with complementary career goals for a formal mentoring relationship. Mentors provide guidance and facilitate opportunities to expand their student mentee’s network.

Lerner Edge Connect offers students a one-time, 30-minute micro-mentoring session on topics like resumes, interviewing or job search. Advisors in this program are UD alumni.

The Professional Attire Fund provides financial support to approved students for the acquisition of professional attire for upcoming interviews, job searches, internships or leadership opportunities. Sponsorship opportunities are available to support this initiative.

The Lerner Co-op Program connects employers with undergraduate students for a paid, 9–12 month role. Employers hire and pay students directly while Lerner provides candidate screening and interview prep.

The Lerner Job Shadow Program helps students explore careers with confidence through a one-day immersive experience while showcasing your organization and industry to talented, motivated future professionals.
