2025 Lerner College Honors and Achievements

The Alfred Lerner College of Business and Economics celebrated numerous outstanding students for their academic successes during the 2025 Honors and Achievements Day ceremony on May 9 at the Audion Auditorium on the STAR Campus.

Lerner’s mission is to facilitate our students’ success and foster intellectually curious and globally-minded lifelong learners with a leadership mindset. This year, we are recognizing more than 200 students for their hard work, generosity, passion, commitment, and leadership, among many other laudable attributes. They have demonstrated dedication through achieving excellence, whether through academic performance, industry achievements, or community service.

Oliver Yao, Lerner College’s Dean, spoke to the students saying, “Since I joined Lerner, I’ve been deeply impressed by the drive, talent, and heart of our students. You are not only succeeding academically—you are pushing boundaries, solving real-world problems, and leading with purpose.”

Individual awards and recognition can be seen in the event program.
