Julia Birchfield Named Among Poets&Quants Best and Brightest

Julia Birchfield, a senior marketing and global enterprise management double major in the University of Delaware’s Alfred Lerner College of Business and Economics, has been selected among the “Best and Brightest Business Majors” by Poets&Quants.

Birchfield, a member of the Honors College at UD, is a Lerner Ambassador, Blue Hen Ambassador and Peer Mentor. She has also served as a Lerner Career Services Intern and is a member of the Lerner Student Advisory Board.

For the past three years, Birchfield has been a teaching assistant supporting more than ten courses across Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Basics of Business, and Negotiations.

Outside of Newark, Birchfield interned for two years at Seaside Vacations in Chincoteague Island, where she led an integrated marketing campaign that earned the 2025 VRMA International Marketing Campaign of the Year Award.
