Application Deadlines

All application documents should be received by the application deadlines. Application review for the fall semester will begin on February 15. Applicants who apply early may receive early notifications of decisions on a rolling basis.

Prospective full-time candidates are admitted for the fall semester only. Part-time candidates may begin in the fall or spring semester. The part-time program is not available to international students.

Admissions Requirements

The following are the minimum requirements and deadlines for submission.

1. Application Fee

A $75 application fee is due when you submit your online application. Waivers are available for qualified students.

2. Bachelor’s Degree

A four-year U.S. bachelor’s degree in any academic field from an accredited college or university with a GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale is required. If you have a three-year non-U.S. degree, you may request a review for determination as to equivalency.

3. Transcripts

Unofficial transcripts of all undergraduate and graduate coursework are required with your application. Do not mail official transcripts during the applicant stage. An English translation must accompany transcripts issued in a language other than English.

4. Resume

A resume or curriculum vitae documents your prior work experience, publications, honors and awards received and a summary of your educational credentials.

5. Prerequisite

2 or more years of work experience is preferred (including internships).

6. GMAT or GRE Scores

Candidates should have strong GMAT scores. The GRE is also accepted.

7. Personal Statement

The personal statement should detail your goals and objectives and clearly identify your interest in the Lerner College degree program.

8. Three Letters of Recommendation

Recommendation forms are emailed directly from the online application to the three recommenders whose names and email addresses you provide. Instruction for returning the completed forms is included in the emails.

9. Interview

Phone interviews may be conducted for applicants.

10. International Students: Language Test Requirement

International applicants must submit one of the following:

  1. Proof of having earned a degree in either the United States or a country where the primary language is English;
  2. TOEFL score of 100 or higher; or
  3. IELTS score of 7.5 or higher
