The Executive Mentoring Program pairs executives with 10+ years of progressive experience with a student with complementary career goals for a formal mentoring relationship. Mentors provide guidance and facilitate opportunities to expand their student mentee’s network.
Lerner Edge Connect offers students a one-time, 30-minute micro-mentoring session on topics like resumes, interviewing or job search. Advisors in this program are UD alumni.
The Professional Attire Fund provides financial support for students to feel confident and prepared for interviews, internships, and leadership roles. Sponsorship opportunities are available to support this initiative.
The Lerner Co-op Program connects Delaware employers with undergraduate business students for a 9–12 month paid opportunity (typically June– May) while enrolled in classes. Employers receive our personalized support, including candidate screening and interview prep.
The Graduate Internship Program connects highly skilled and professionally screened M.S., MBA and Ph.D. business students with roles in data analytics, business administration, strategy, finance and more. Employers benefit from our expertise regarding talent acquisition best practices.
