Lerner Co-op Program

The Lerner Co-op Program is an exclusive 9-12 month paid internship/co-op opportunity. Designed in partnership with the Delaware Workforce Development Board, the program bridges the gap between academic learning and practical work experience, while providing Delaware employers with access to talented Lerner business students.
Depending on their field of study, students will bring expertise in areas such as financial analysis, data-driven decision making, global business strategy, consumer behavior, brand management, customer experience, event planning, hospitality, professional selling and more.
The program:
- Provides employers with talented interns for longer opportunities spanning 9-12 months.
- Maximizes efficiency and ROI in recruiting ideal job candidates.
- Strengthens partnerships between Lerner College and Delaware businesses.
