Computer Science and Business (B.S.) (Honors)
Pair tech expertise with business strategy in this interdisciplinary major, jointly offered by Lerner and the College of Engineering. You’ll build a strong foundation in computer science—like programming, AI and data science—while mastering key business areas such as economics, marketing and management.
Through hands-on projects, you’ll learn to lead teams, manage complex initiatives and deliver smart, ethical solutions across industries—on time and on budget.
The B.S. in computer science and business is completed in collaboration with the Honors College, and graduates earn an honors baccalaureate degree. You’ll join a scholarly and enriching community which begins with the honors living-learning community for freshmen with optional upper-division housing, priority registration, community building events on and off campus, faculty mentoring and alumni networking. Classes are smaller and more engaging, and you’ll have the opportunity to participate in research, assume leadership roles and join excursions regionally and abroad.
Given the highly competitive nature of this program, we recommend selecting a second-choice major in either the College of Engineering or Lerner.
