Human Resource Management (B.S.)
Launch your career in training and development, talent acquisition, compensation or other areas of human resources. This forward-looking degree combines a foundation in traditional HR areas, such as compliance and employee relations, with emerging tools, including AI and human resource information systems. You’ll build the business, technological and data literacy skills to make informed workforce decisions, anticipate job market trends, support employee well-being and develop organizational leaders.

Honors in Human Resource Management
The Honors College offers a scholarly and enriching community that extends well beyond graduation. You’ll enjoy smaller, more challenging classes and the opportunity to engage in research and assume leadership roles. You are automatically considered for honors when you apply to UD. Current students may apply to the honors college after they have completed one full-time semester at UD.
The honors degree requires:
- All requirements for the B.S. in human resource management
- All of the UD requirements for the honors baccalaureate degree
The honors credits in the major must include at least three credits of MGMT courses. They may include required courses from other Lerner departments.
