Minor in Management
The minor in management helps you develop the skills every industry needs: communication, collaboration and the ability to lead teams. Open to all University of Delaware undergraduates, except management majors, it’s a strong complement to any degree. Whether you want to lead creative teams, run a campaign or manage a museum, you’ll be primed for the responsibilities that come with career advancement.
The management minor will increase the value of your undergraduate degree by:
- Building your skills in communication and coordination
- Preparing you to make decisions when facing higher levels of risk and uncertainty
- Training you to supervise teams and manage projects in any workplace
