Minor in Tourism and Travel Management

The tourism and travel management minor explores the travel and tourism industry as a connected global network of destinations, businesses and service providers. You’ll learn how travel demand is created, managed and delivered while developing the technical and managerial skills needed to coordinate travel-related operations and services. Through an applied, interdisciplinary curriculum, you’ll examine the economic, technological, cultural and sustainability factors shaping tourism around the world.

Program Requirements

The tourism and travel management minor requires 18 credits. The minor is open to all UD students. All courses require a grade of C- or above. You may not dual count more than six credits of required courses from your major department toward the minor.
