Minor in Real Estate Management
Commercial real estate shapes how people live, work and travel. The real estate management minor gives you a foundation in commercial real estate finance, asset management, development and management while connecting coursework to hands-on learning opportunities. Drawing on expertise from finance and hospitality and sport business management, the program helps you understand the business decisions behind real estate assets and prepares you for opportunities in a growing industry.
Program Requirements
The real estate management minor requires 18 credits. The minor is open to all UD students. All courses require a grade of C- or above. Students enrolled in the Hospitality and Event Business Management, Hospitality Industry Management or Finance majors will be permitted to carry up to six credits of required courses that overlap with their respective majors.
